Child Seat
We provide child seats as an optional service for 550 yen per day.
The use of child seats is mandatory for children under the age of 6, as per Article 71 of the Road Traffic Law.
Please choose a child seat that fits your child’s age, height, and weight.
If you need a child seat, please apply at the time of reservation.
The installation of the child seat is the responsibility of the customer.

Pets on Board
Pets are only allowed on board under the following conditions:
- Only dogs and cats are permitted.
- Please inform us at the time of reservation if you will be bringing a pet.
- Pets must always be kept in a cage; do not let them out of the cage during the journey.
- Please provide your own cage.
- Place the cage on the seat and ensure it does not touch any part of the vehicle.
If repair or deodorization is required due to odors, dirt, or damage after use, a downtime compensation fee of 20,000 yen will be charged.
If pets are brought on board without permission, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) of 20,000 yen will be applied. This charge applies even if you have subscribed to any of our insurance plans.
